Ethan is the Branch Manager at Thomson Air Conditioning, Palm Springs. He has been working with Thomson for 8 years, starting off in the installation field. Ethan quickly gained rank in the company due to his skill in troubleshooting and understanding of the HVAC process, and ultimately became the Service and Office Manager at Thomson AC. The opportunity arose to plant a new branch in the Palm Springs area, and Ethan was chosen to facilitate the branch transplant.
